How It All Started

my fashion obsession basically started at high school. back then, the in thing was giordano, united colors of benetton, esprit and stuff like that.. mean girls had the it bag and if you don't have anything branded on you, you are a loser with a capital L. i was a kid obsessed.. so i bought and bought till i can't buy anymore (with what little allowance i have)

but then i had an awakening.. my personal bible. VOGUE. i started to know prada, gucci, dior, valentino, and karl lagerfeld..

and then i graduated and knew paris hilton and nicole richie.. then i started coveting their bags especially a black rocker chic bag on nicole richie's arms

my heart pounded a million bits per minute and i know that it was meant for me..

then i knew balenciaga.

the beautiful balenciaa in a lot of colors. with that edgy street style which screams "i am so hot, that i am seriously cool"

with its gorgeous leather and stitching.. i was hooked..

then i started buying knock-offs in greenhills and divisoria..

but it didnt make me happy

i want the real thing...

Real Leaf Paparazzi

Real Leaf Papparazzi

Well, This guy, i saw during one of my papparazzi outings for my blog. He drank new Real Leaf Green Tea in between a hard night’s worth of partying, coz we all know that you WILL get parched from all the talking, the dancing, the mingling, socializing, and not to mention flirting that you do. And no, alcohol does NOT cut it. Water? Yes, it may be refreshing, but there isn’t really anything in it right? No taste, no feeling of being revived, and it’s boring. Just blah. And you need something more than just refreshing right? You need something revitalizing!

That’s where Real Leaf Green Tea comes in. Coz it’s got the whole green tea action happening that will help lessen the effects of all the alcohol and cigarette smoke that you consumed in the club with it’s proven powerful anti-oxidants (or if you’re not into the whole party scene, you come in contact every minute of the day with icky stuff like cigarette smoke, exhaust fumes, radiation, basically everything.) . And what’s more, it’s got all that great Theanine found in tea that will keep you going and going and going much like an energizer bunny. And being tea, it has caffeine to make you mentally and physically alert (without that nerve factor that you get from coffee. And not to mention the hideous coffee stains on teeth which are like, so last season) . And the best thing is, it’s got 3 delicious flavor combos of fruit and honey that is just so yummy, it just hits your sweet spot perfectly. The perfect balance of taste and health all in a bottle. What’s not to love? I mean, Why drink water when you can have something better?

After he finished the bottle (quite quickly, if may say so myself.), he once again dragged his fabulous, re-energized, on-the-go self to another hot club and strutted his stuff.

He is 100% on! But the question is, ARE YOU?

way way late post for fashion week

i know i havent been blogging for the longest time.. but a b*tch has got to pay his bills right..

Now, i only attended a day of fashion week last October 27 2009 at SM Mall of Asia.. but i got to see the Pond's Red Dress Event. and it was nice.

She models were hot, some socialites, some fabulous women in thier 30's, 40's, 50's.. and they were hot!

Some dresses were great, some were so-so re-inerpretations of Dior's New Look, Grecian dresses that were disasters (Joey Mead's dress unraveled. But she wore it well so it turned out great). some were just really boring, some were tacky (red tartan kilt from head to foot anyone?) some were overstyled (ruffles from head to foot that makes you look like a giant powder puff or a casablanca dress gone bad. Interested?)

Some of the more recognizable faces were supermodel Joey Mead, the beautiful Sarah Meier who wore this beautiful grecian confection, Patty Betita, Rissa Mananquil, Project Runway Philippines' Host Teresa Hererra (who, unfortunately, was only a guest at the front row.. i wished she walked the ramp), heiress and socialite extraordinaire Divine Lee, Kelly Misa, and the ever chic who, despite a wardrobe malfunction, still managed to outshine everyone. Now, that is a mark of a true blue supermodel

Here are some vaguely recognizable pictures. forgive me. I am just a regular watcher.
